Dr. Mark Robinson

I have a genetic tumor disorder that caused me to have two spinal surgeries with two different doctors (neither was Dr. Robinson). My second surgery began a years-long process of decline that found me on the edge of not being able to carry out some of the basic functions that I took for granted for so many years. I was in pain to the point to where I thought my life was never going to be back to normal. Then I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Robinson. Most importantly, he believed me when I said how much pain I was in. After multiple pain management attempts (RFA, etc.), we agreed to schedule my spinal fusion (T9-L3). As crazy as it sounds, I woke up after the surgery and knew I had a chance to have my life back. The recovery was much less difficult than I imagined, and I am now more mobile than I ever dreamed before the surgery. I only wish I had met Dr. Robinson sooner. He is a gifted and kind surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Robinson; truthfully, not a day goes by where I'm not grateful.

I had a L1,2,3 spinal fusion with Dr. Robinson. I have had severe pains that were new since the day of surgery. I've been ignored for a year tatelling me to "Let it heal" I'm at 13 months post fusion. I continue to have nerve pain that was not present prior to this fusion. I did not see Dr. Robinson until my 12 month follow up. They only scheduled me with his PA. knowing I'm having continuing issues. Now that I have finally seen the Dr, he is telling me he doesn't know what could be wrong and is basically casting me away. He has referred me to a pain management Dr. I guess I'll have to see what another surgeon thinks is wrong since "I don't know" is my answer from Dr. Robinson. His office is incompetent as well. Scheduled my surgery at a facility not in my network after I told them not to. Rescheduled at a proper facility and gave them the wrong insurance information after I changed it with them several times, which caused significant problem while I was in the hospital. Just a… horrible and stressful situation with Carepoint Neurosurgery and Dr.R and his team.

I needed a third spinal fusion in my lumbar spine, and I chose Dr. Robinson to complete the surgery. During my surgery, complications arose when Dr. Robinson went to work replacing the caps on the old hardware that was already in place from the first two fusions. It was a mess. He operated for two hours longer than expected and did a fabulous job. He was able to replace the caps on all of the old hardware. I am still recovering from surgery, but the type of pain I was experiencing (severe, chronic nerve pain) is gone. I do have pain in the lumbar area of my back, but the horrible nerve pain has finally stopped. I am grateful to Dr. Robinson for being diligent and working for the best outcome for me.

It took over an hour to do all the online paper work. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment and he tells me nothing can be done. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Care was non existent.

Kind, Compassionate, Diligent, woekes relentlessly to resolve my issue with my vp shunt. I couldn't be happier with h I'm. He listens. He answers all questions with an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend.

Dr Robinson is an excellent physician and surgeon. He saw me for serious cervical spine issues which resulted in surgery and fusions. The surgery was a big success. He was busy, because many people want to see him. He was always responsive to every question that I had and I trust him completely. I will continue to go to him if I have any other back problems. If you do more research than this site, you will see that his rating is great! Because he is great.
