Dr. Mark Douglas Strasser, MD

Waited in the patient room for quite a while. When he finally decided to show up, he spoke AT me not to me and never looked at me just spoke into the room. I don't deal well with arrogant people and the fact I felt that you were looking down on me as a lesser person doesn't set well. You gave me the same drops I'd been prescribed by another dr and they charged me WAAAY less than you did. I still owe $300 after insurance and STILL have the same issue as when I went in. Will not return for follow up I can pay someone else to be less rude to me and probably fix the issue. Whoever called in my script finally got around to it a couple of days later. Gave 2 stars because the girls up front were SOOO very nice.

My mother went to see Dr for ear wax issue. The doctor came into the room and asked why she was there. She explained that she needed the ear wax cleaned out of her ears. He left the room and never came back! My mother waited about 15 minutes and then left!

After many years of suffering with severe headaches, Dr. Stasser found my problem. He performed surgery and I felt like a new person.

Years ago I had a broken nose so I went to get an answer on how I could get it corrected. Being that the father-son Strasser team was nearly the only game in town I went there. Younger Strasser has an abrupt bedside manner. He suggested surgery so I went through with it hoping my situation would be corrected. Instead of it being broken again and reset he opted for taking cartilage out. I've never experienced anything more painful coming out of that surgery and for nearly two weeks. Outside of swallowing blood every inhaled breath felt like inhaling broken glass through my nose. I knew there were complications when he left me bleeding in his office upon my appointment following my surgery. Strasser suggested another surgery and i couldn't fathom going through that again (I still can't!). My problem hasn't been corrected and its been over a decade. My nose has affected my quality of life in so many ways I wouldn't even know where to start with my story. After all this time I'm finally… seeing another ENT Dr. who is finally going to reset my nose like I'd hoped would be done in the first place. My question for Dr. Strasser then is why this wasn't an option for me in the first place? My suggestion for anyone finding themselves in a similar situation is to seek help elsewhere.
