Dr. Mark Alan Ward, MD

Iâ??ll never forget my first visit with Dr. Ward. His nurse was taking my blood pressure. She took it once, and then a second time. She smiled and calmly walked away for a moment. When she returned, Dr. Ward was with her. He proceeded to take my blood pressure. They both remained very calm as Dr. Ward explained to me how dangerously high my blood pressure was. He immediately increased the dosage on my existing prescription (from another doctor) as well as adding another medicine to help lower my bp. Within less than a week my bp was normal and I was out of the danger zone for stroke. Dr. Ward has been my primary care physician since 2012. I have always been treated with understanding and respect by both Dr. Ward and his staff. Jessica, his office administrator, is pleasant and always very helpful. Dr. Ward is a â??no-nonsenseâ?? type of practitioner. He is always very professional and gets straight to the point. Any question I ask, he always has an answer. Getting… prescriptions refilled is never a problem. His concern for my health and well being is genuine. Dr. Ward continues to provide me with consistent, quality medical care.
