Dr. Mark Warfield Willis, MD

Dr. Willis is an incredible physician. He takes the time to review your medical record, is personable and thorough in his examination, does not push patients to do things they are not comfortable with, and prefers to try medical management before proceeding with surgical procedures. In short, he is everything that you want an ENT to be.

New patients to this clinic s/b aware that upon check in, you will be asked to sign a “Consent to Procedure” form related to 4 potential procedures that may be done. Even though they have your insurance at that point, they do not disclose the costs/patient responsibility for the procedures. I did not initially sign as I was not aware if the procedures applied to me, only to be pressed later in the appt to sign in order for the appt to proceed. I was surprised later to discover the 60-second nasal scope done in office was billed to my insurance, UnitedHealthcare at $545 w/ $325 patient responsibility. Both of these charges were HIGHER than the more time intensive follow-up CT sinus scan (done in the more expensive hospital setting under more expensive hospital equipment). The surprise/excessive fees along w/ feeling like a widget as I moved through this practice, left me w/ a negative impression of Colorado ENT Specialists in Parker.

I'm so thankful to find such a caring doctor that has taken my long term health into consideration. I feel very lucky to have found him to treat my condition:).
