Dr Woolf is an excellent surgeon. He did a great job replacing my right hip and I was very pleased with the results. He made me feel very comfortable about everything.

Dr Woolf is an excellent surgeon with a caring and respectful bedside manner. He takes time to discuss treatment options, and answers questions. His surgical skills are excellent. He did a total right hip a few years ago, and I have had no complications or issues at all. The office staff is excellent and seems to enjoy working with him. His nurse,Theresa,is wonderful! Dr Woolf completed knee replacement on both knees only 3 months apart. He advised me what expected before during and after surgery. I could not have asked for a more caring and considerate care. So happy to have new knees!

I’ve been seeing Dr Woolf since about 2013. He replaced a hip for me in 2015 and had treated both my knees from 2016 on to current. AOA has pulled out of my medical network but I will continue to be a patient because I trust Dr Woolf expressly. I have referred others to him .

On the advice of my primary care physician I made an appointment with Dr. Mark Woolf. My primary care physician stated that x-rays taken of my hip showed unequivocal evidence of degeneration due to Arthritis, and was the source of my severe hip pain. When the referral was made I was told to be prepared for the possibility of a treatment that might range from Injections to Surgery. When Dr.Woolf came into the exam room with his scribe(assistant) he began with the basic "where does it hurt" question. I answered that my hip and the joints of my lower extremeties hurt to the point that the way I walked was affected, and it was becoming difficult to do my job. I inspect Apartment Complexes that can range in size from a single building to 50 multi-level buildings on any given day. Dr. Mark Woolf stated he had looked at the x-rays I brought with me to the Arlington Orthopedic Center, and after twisting both of my feet while I sat on the exam table he determined I should "buy a cane and lose… weight". My wife and I both brought up the fact that I would be doing my current job for at least another 3 years and the arthritis in my hip was making my tasks difficult. I came away with the realization that the Doctor had no concern how my hip degeneration was affecting my ability to earn a living now or possibly in the future.
