Dr. Bonnes-Neumann is thorough and cares about my well being. When she has to share things that I need to be doing better with, or treatment plan changes, she does it with compassion and good reasoning. I trust her judgement, have listened, and my overall health is improved. She is easy to talk to, whether in person or a video visit. Happy to her have as my PCP!

I appreciate Dr. Bonnes-Neumann as a clinician. She cares and is thorough, and has done good for me! Sometimes the appointments have gone longer than the allotted 20 minutes and there is a knock at the door to hurry up, but the patient can't always control the discussion. Plus some issues are more complex and need the time to be addressed.
