Dr. Marta Lalith Cheatham-Lott, MD

She delivered my first baby in Redlands. She was cold, uncaring, and assaulted me without my consent, causing me to almost bleed out, stay far away.

My entire pregnancy this doctor has been rescheduling and canceling all of my appointments without notice. I saw her nurse practitioner more than I have my OBGYN. My last appointment her NP had the nerve to tell me to not come back to her because she was not my OBGYN. Well no kidding!! I know you are NOT! But how is it my fault when the OBGYN clearly does not want to see her patients. Also the NP is very cold, uncommunicative, and does not ever explain anything to me. I ask her questions and all she responds is one word responses. I am almost due in three weeks and this is the worst experience I've had with any doctors.

Typically when you are new to a place you hope for the best and all around hope the doctor will assist you. I went for a consultation and in the process I had questions. The doctor answered all the questions I had. As for being attended to, there have been prior appointments at different doctors I had to wait because of a lot of patients. I waited 45 minutes to an hour before having my vitals taken and then seen. The only thing I can say is that the doctor didn't seem like a people person but seemed jaded with something or another. She appeared more preoccupied and seemed overwhelmed. I would say that I was very glad to hear her diagnosis of the things I was concerned about. However I think that in terms of asking questions she did probably ask me one question three times and in turn I answered the same. So it did feel a bit awkward, but to my understanding she is there to help me. However I recommend that if someone asks you a question and they need clarification, they should rephrase… the question or expand on it. I have been clearly aware of all the steps I have had to take to be mindful of my health and my life. Again just thankful she did answer pertinent questions. I would suggest if you make an appointment try to be the first to see her. Before I posted this review I read former reviews and want to post something helpful to others. I think it should be where you feel comfortable especially if she is your obgyn. Hope this helps many. Best

The doctor is great.... However the appointments are over an hour delayed at every appointment and the staff is nonexistent, Shows no concern for our patients,. Most patients feel like they're over a barrel because they cannot change their doctor or feel comfortable changing the doctor in the middle of their term not a good thing .

I would recommend this doctor to anyone. I came in with a load of questions relating to diet, diabetes, migraine and birth control. Dr. Cheatham-Lott addressed each one in turn. She listened to me and gave me solid recommendations. I did have a long wait (there was a nurse floating that day so the department was probably particularly busy] but it was definitely worth the wait to be treated by such a wonderful doctor.

I got this obgyn for my 2nd pregnancy and I felt she did address all my questions/worries. I read some reviews of some people waiting for the longest time and honestly, I never had to wait for longer than 20 minutes. I loved how caring this dr. was but i somewhat felt that if i had any condition of if she was concerned about something she did not tell me i would have to find out later when another specialist would call to schedule an appoinment or the nurse to give me a prescription for a infection i had. After all i really do appreciate that she gave good care to me and my LO and everything came out fine but i would have loved for her to be more informative.

Marta is really caring and sweet; But she does have some flaws. She is very caring about people, and is always concerned about if you are nervous or scared. She is the nicest OBGYN that I have had. But there are massive down falls... The wait time is ridiculous. On average, I usually spend an hour to 2 hours in the waiting room for a 15 minute appointment. Sometimes, I will make an appointment and I will be told that I have to come back another day! One time I went and she didn't even show up, after I waited an hour and a half. She is also VERY VERY hard to get a hold of. Recently, I have been calling her everyday to make an appointment; And she still doesn't answer the phone or her voice mail is ALWAYS full! She is the hardest person to get a hold off. And it creates a very stressful situation!! (Especially if you only have 1 day left of birth control and need it filled ASAP!) Overall, she is sweet, but just way too busy for her patients!!!

Dr lott delivered my first baby, she was very good, my husband was very happy with her and he is a hard man to please. She is the best doctor i have even had for myself. i highly recommend her.

Doctor has excellent bedside manner and all my questions were addressed. I left feeling that my time was well spent.
