I am so happy I found this practice. The whole staff truly provides me the best help. They are so kind and so professional. They always get back to me, they have great communication and if there is something they can do to help me they always do. They are a good practice. Definitely worth your time if you are looking to transform your mental health.

Dr. Alzamora took me on as a patient into her practice at Garden City over a year ago in 2018. I had confided in her and explained me awful experiences with therapists before, and she assured me they would take care of me. I was taken on as a patient told I would be a patient of Dr. Alzamora's, and will receive medical management as well as psychotherapy. I have still never received psychotherapy or any kind of therapy at all. After going back month after month for my medical management, continuously asking about when I will be starting psychotherapy, I was put on a wait list and claimed they had no room/availability for me to receive psychotherapy at this time. Even though the entire reason I joined the practice was to receive both medical management and psychotherapy, and would not have joined if they would have told me up front I would not be able to receive it right away. Not only that, but since my initial appointment with Alzamora, I never met with her again.

Dr. Alzamora is a wonderful doctor who truly cares about the well being of her patients. everyone who works for her is great. couldnt imagine going anywhere else

Doctor Alzamora was knowledgeable and professional, but she was also warm and compassionate. I felt comfortable talking to her about my issue. Everyone in the office made me feel good as if they cared. two thumbs up

I would like to write that this "doctor" is the worst. She doesn't have any consideration for her scheduled patients. Always changing her availability short noticed. I would always leave a message to return a phone call and she never returns any calls. I hope anyone that leaves a message for her as a patient isn't suicidal and takes their life cause of this wacko doctor.
