Dr. Martha Toni Litos, MD

I switched to Dr. Litos soon after she started at Cold Harbor Family Medicine. She always showed concern for my problems, and always asked, and let me explain my problems. Service has always been prompt. She also had a very good manner, which made me feel at ease.

Last time I'm going to her I feel like she doesn't listen to me and I felt like I was rushed out the door. It's hard finding a good doctor so many of them never listen don't care or act like you're annoying them when you mention one of your concerns. I just hope she knew what she was talking about and I don't drop dead. I've seen others reviews saying she's misdiagnosed before. In the mean time I'll be searching for another doctor. This will be my 3 doctor switch I swear there's something wrong with America's Health Care System they keep hiring people who obliviously could care less.

Dr litos refused to write an order that I requested to get pharmacological testing done through bremo pharmacy. She was more concerned with any potential liability to her (which there is none and if she took the time to talk to the pharmacist at bremo they would have educated her) then investigating or educating herself on the testing. Any Dr who just refuses to look into something that is beneficial for their client is not a helpful doctor. I will definitely find a different pcp.

I was looking for a new PCP since mine retired. I went to her for a problem that I had previously visited another Dr where I had waited 3 months for an appointment for a test at the hospital and will waiting for that it increased in severity where I had an ER visit with several test nothing resulting in a diagnosis. After one visit with her, she sent me to a specialist and had an appointment with them within 3 days and my problem was diagnosed and I was undergoing treatment. She followed up personally with me daily until diagnosed and then her office still communicated with me to see if treatment was helping. I highly recommend her!!

I was in a holding room from 1 :30 - 5:00. Her examination of me lasites less than two minutes. Then she diagnosed me with kidney stones; which was wrong. I went home preparing myself for the pain and agony of passing stones.
