POBRE SU PRESNTACION; PERSONAL INCOMPETENTE; SE NOTA QUE LA MAYORIA SON PRINCIPIANTES Y ESTAN EN ETAPA DE INSTRUCCION; POSIBLEMENTE PROVIENEN DE UNA ESCUELA INCOMPETENTE; EL LOCAL NO ES ADECUADO; FUI INFECTADO Y ESTUVO EN RIESGO MI VIDA; SIENDO SALVADO EN EMERGENCIA; ME COLOCARON UN CATETER EL CUAL NO ME LO QUISIERON RETIRAR;BAJO EL PRETEXTO QUE NECESITABA CIRUGIA; FALTA DE ASEPSIA EN LOS INSTRUMENTOS Y EL PERSONAL NO LE DIO LA IMPORTANCIA DEBIDA A MI PROBLEMA; SIENDO ATENIDO POR EL ULTIMO AYUDANTE QUE TENIAN; DEFINITIVAMENTE NO SON PROFESIONALES

Dr. Mardorsky was treating me for bladder cancer. When I asked about the treatment, prognosis, and expectations, his response was basically "you don't need to know. Just follow my instructions." I believe Dr. Madorsky has reached a point in his professional career that he has lost all patience with people asking him any questions, even those pertaining to their health and their lives. It is a shame, he was once a great physician.

Condescending and arrogant attitude with patient: “You do not need to underdtand that...”, was his initial response to an explanation requested by the patient.

This is the worst experience I have had with a physician and office. Office staff are rude, hard to get in touch with and give no follow up. Doctor is flippant, does not listen to patients concerns or seem to have time to discuss them. Overall terrible experience.

this has got to be the worst run medical office in miami. To make an appt or to try to talk to a human being is near impossible. wait times on the phone and in the office are inexcusable and have no place in medicine.staff is unfriendly and incompetent

BEST DOCTOR IN MIAMI !

Had kidney stone problems several years apart.Second surgery also corrected prostate problems. Both surgeries were seamless. Staff had professional handlling in both instances. I would recommend Dr. Madorsky very highly.

I was looking for an experienced knowledgeable urologist to peform my procedere and contacted Baptist hospital for referrals. Dr. Madorsky was the one I selected based on his years of practice. Making an appointment for a consultation was as easy as one would expect. During our meeting I found him to be exactly what I had hoped for and scheduled my surgery. His staff is polite and professional and everything went better than I could have hoped for and I had high expectations! I highly recommend him.
