Dr Wilkes is amazing best ever bedside manner has won over my 88 year old mother for giving her shots in her right eye since she is totally blind in left …we have been having a series of shots with 5 weeks in between was scheduled this past Monday they called to cancel because of weather then they call back today say it will be mid March before they can get her in ….that is not right the lady was not understanding at all mom doesn’t want another Dr and it is convenient for me to load her in the car with her wheelchair and get her to the Troy office but the soonest she could schedule was Feb 19th another 5 weeks so it will still be a total of 10 weeks from the last shot ….dr Wilkes is amazing but the staff in the office doing scheduling NO they are very difficult and not very understanding ….everything is cut and dried and that’s it take it or leave it ….what a shame
