Dr. Frandina is a fabulous doctor. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and kind!!

She is so caring, so thorough with the exams.... listens to her patients and takes care of us.

I am very dissatisfied w dr frandina. Long story short my I was prescribed several strong antibiotics which ruined my gut ph balance.. I ended up in emergency room twice and in severe pain for several months until I was healthy again. She is never available, always booked even when you are not a new patient for easily 2-3 months out. She is the most incompetent doctor ever, has absolutely no compassion, rude, and not knowledgeable at all! She always rushes and does not take the time to do a thorough exam. One time she also botched my pap smear, had to come back and was billed twice! When she finally admitted that she could not help, she sent me to another doctor. She never did an ultrasound and it turned out I had ovarian cyst which later ruptured and caused a lot of pain. She also prescribed one of the antibiotics without even seeing me. The nurse practitioner was also extremely rude. The assistants are absent minded and inaccurate. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor!

Dr. Frandina is the best, so professional and so is the staff.

i have been seeing Dr. Frandina for years. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment but that is because she is busy. She is busy because she is a great doctor and worth the wait! The office staff is very helpful and the office looks like a spa!!

The best gyn doctor I have seen by far!!! Staff goes above and beyond, which i love!!

*It took 2 months to secure an appointment with Dr. Frandina. My visit was for an annual PAP smear exam and birth control. She tells me at the very end of the visit that it's her policy that birth control patients must come in for a check up every 6 months (WHY?). Then, a couple of weeks later I found out that she botched the procedure and I needed to come in for another PAP smear. She didn't collect enough cells to for a PAP and other testing analysis. Waste of time/money, will not be returning.
