Dr. Mary Anne L Valdecanas

Dr. Valdacanas has been my primary doctor for several years. She is always cheerful, a good listener, empathetic and open to discuss your concerns. Never feel rushed and always feel open to discuss anything. Her staff is always friendly. The office staff is friendly and very effecient.

Been very happy with Dr. Valdecanas. While her medical skills are excellent, she is also is a wonderful listener with a great bedside manner. Even better, I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes at an appointment.

I scheduled an follow up appointment with Dr.V. and I went to the office at the appointment time. I was told the appointment was to see her in her Sandy Spring office that day. I was never told the appointment was at taht office and never went to that office. I don't even know where it is. The reception lady told me to leave my phone number and they would call me back. Later I got a phone call from the scheduler and told me that they were going to change me a no-show fee. You figure that: I did not see the doctor and got a fee charged for that!

I absolutely adore Dr. Valdecanus! She is always caring, thoughtful, and willing to spend the time needed with me to evaluate my needs. Indeed, she has excellent diagnostic skills and bedside manner. That said, her office staff, while aways courteous, are not as well organized as they need to be when it comes to follow-up with perscriptons that need to be mailed or picked up at the office. They need to sharpen up these procedures, but otherwise, a great doctor who makes it well worth coping with her office staff's screw-ups with my perscriptions.
