Dr. Mary Elizabeth Anthony

Dr Anthony, is rude. She rushes . I asked her question, her response is I don’t have a crystal ball. I took prior MRI results with me and she did not care to see them. Pretty much told me arthritis is normal of someone my age. I’m 47. I lose feeling in my leg , she said it could be caused by this. No answer just rushed out.

Staff and dr. Very pleasant. Th ey Didn't help at all I had a serious fall and my shoulder took a big toll all they did was show me exercises. I was in excruciating pain, and there was nothing they but they did to help me, but gave me some Aleve. Which I could have done without a doctor's appointment and just go to a drugstore. Went to Crystal Clinic today I have never seen a more professional informative staff and my doctor was incredibly awesome. They signed me up for physical therapy give me some pain relief non-narcotic. And I'm as happy as I can possibly be. I highly recommend Crystal Clinic.

she rushes her patients and didnt help me out one bit.i seen another doctor and he was very surprised she didnt run more tests.i love SW Orthopedics but would not recommend this doctor

I love Dr. Anthony and am so glad that I found her. She is smart, kind, understanding and thorough. It is very easy to get an appointment and I have never waited long to be treated. I tell everyone to go to her!

My 2 appointments with Dr. Anthony was excellent. She was concerned, caring and very professional. She explained everything and answered all of my questions. She asked again if I had a questions, before she left the room. Her assistant was also very professional and easy talk to and answer more questions.

Dr. Anthony is very friendly, professional and spent time explaining my problem. Her assistants also were helpful and friendly.

Went in to see her for a very painful knee, (with a torn meniscus, & some mild arthritis), which hurts super bad when going up a stair. I had a lot of questions to ask her. She only spent a short time with me, and left the room fast, I never got to ask her those questions, she never came back....So I mentioned to the medical assistant that I had questions for the doctor, and the medical assistant said that maybe she, herself could help me, in my desperation I asked the MA the questions, which she answered, but is not qualified to do so, anyways. Wow! I left not feeling good about this doctor and that they had wasted my time, here.

This doctor cannot wait to get rid of you. My second (follow up) appointment was worthless. She told me my condition was very hard to treat, told me to continue my exercises and practically bumped into herself leaving the exam room. No time for questions, no suggestions on other things to try, just brushed me off to a pain management doctor. If you're looking for someone who really cares about you, move on.

After reading previous reviews on Dr. Anthony, I was a little leary. However, there was no need as she was prompt, professional, competent & confident. She answered all questions and ensured that I was satisfied and her bedside manner was empathetic and concerned. Very pleased. The only flaw with this visit was that it took a week to get an appt. But this is a very busy practice next to a hospital and there's a high concentration of elderly people, so not a problem with the dr. You also need to remind yourself that people are more likely to post complaints than they are praise.
