Depression, anxiety, irritation, and hopelessness can then set in. My goal is to focus on client needs and empower them by teaching skills and strategies that will allow them to move forward and have a meaningful life.Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a highly focused therapy that has been clinically proven to be the best treatment for a wide range of psychological concerns. Those including depression, anxiety, and relationship problems. It is an active goal oriented treatment aimed at solving problems and reducing symptoms by focusing on the present.Over the past 14 years I have worked with clients from diverse socioeconomic and multicultural backgrounds who have struggled too long. I will help you to connect with your inner strength and regain confidence so you can achieve your goals and live a life of happiness.
