If you want to get in and out in under 30 minutes, you've come to the right place. If you want answers to your medical questions, empathy and great follow up, look elsewhere. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me. The nurse actually said "it could be worse" when I voiced concern about my diagnosis. Enough said.

Dr. Fleischli is Harvard educated and very knowledgable, but is in way too big of a hurry. She comes into the exam room light a tornado, looks you over in a flash and starts freezing things off. She left at may last appointment without looking at my nose which I told her nurse I was primarily there for. The nurse forgot and so did I in the whirlwind. There were several places that I wanted to have removed for cosmetic reasons. Why don't dermatologists have MIRRORS IN THEIR EXAM ROOMS!!!! I took my own compact out to show her and missed several that I wanted off. I hate changing doctors, but between her rush and the expense I will have to find a new dr.

I came in for some minor cosmetic work (for which Dr. Fleischli is one of the best in Dallas), while there Dr. Fleischli noticed a mole on my leg and had it biopsied. It was melanoma. Dr. Fleischli saved my life. I am very appreciative and would highly recommend. She is highly sought after which is usually a good sign for a doctor, but well worth getting in to see her.

I felt like a number here, just like most of the larger clinics with multiple doctors. Dr. Fleiscli spent about 1 minute glancing over my body, missing several small possible bcc's just like the two I've already had removed. I felt like she was concerned only with cosmetic issues, and looking to perform any procedures that could be billed for immediately! The procedure she performed to remove a nodule was extremely painful, and she didn't seem to care at all about my discomfort. When I got in my car to leave, I discovered that my arm was bleeding profusely past the tiny bandaid that was put on after the bump was removed. She prescribed an expensive cream that insurance doesn't cover, when there is a perfectly good alternative for much less. She tried to sell me some of their sunscreen, as if it was a superior product to any I could buy on my own. I will look elsewhere for a dermatologist more interested in my possible skin cancer and definite rash problems, and less interested… in selling me something to make my skin just look better.
