Best Doc ever!

The staff is argumentative, unprofessional and consistently makes mistakes and forgets to send referrals and call in prescriptions. Mary is a horrible, heartless doctor who should leave the profession. I have seen many doctors and she is by far the absolute worst.

Mary has been my doc for past 10 years. The office is always helpful, and on time. Mary always always always listens to me, gives me medical insight, and options. She also always takes time to ask and hear about me and my family. I would and do recommend her to anyone. Its a pleasure to work with Docs who care about their patients. I give her 10 Stars **********

Don't expect Dr. Jaramillo to listen to you, answer your questions, or ask you any questions. The only thing she wants to do is prescribe you a pill and move on to her next patient so she can make more money. There is also no follow-up whatsoever. She is a prescription vending machine.In addition, the reception staff, although not medical professionals, prefer to diagnose you over the phone and discourage you to make an appointment. They really like recommending salt water gargles. When checking in for your appointment they are ridiculously ill-mannered.

I have been a patient for over 12 years. Dr J is always positive, listens to my medical problems. and follows up with me. She sends me copies of labs so I have them for my records. When I call in, I get a call back the same day, sometimes she returns calls between patients. I have recommended her to friends.

I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia by my Gastoenternologist.He explained that my body does not absorb B12 and that I needed to take B12 everyday after I get shots for 3 months,one time a week then 1 time a month. Then sublingal everyday.After 3 months Jarimillo gave me a blood test and said I was healed. I believed her, then had a follow up with my gastro.He asked how was the shots going,I then told him I was healed at normal levels. He was very upset and told me you have normal levels because you were given shots of B12.And explained to me my body no longer absorbs B12 and it is very important I take B12 on a regular basis or my nervous system will get out of wack. Jarimillo didn't know nothing about this diagnosis.

My mother is a patient of Dr Jaramillo.Dr Jaramillo does not seem to be paying attention, when it comes to my mother's health.It took Dr Jaramillo a Long Time to Diagnose moms lung disease.One of her lung medicines increases the risk for developing osteoporosis.Dr Jaramillo did not order a 'DexaScan' (test for bone mineral density) for my mother (in her 70's) - instead, she relied on a some toe-measurement device in her office.After much urging, my mother finally had a Dexascan- and has osteoporosis.This could have been treated earlier, if Dr Jaramillo had bothered to order the test.Dr Jaramillo should have been more astute in her diagnosis of the lung disease and in ordering a simple Dexascan in an elderly female. I am a Registered Nurse.

I don't visit the doctor much, but I had a persistent condition. She didn't seem very concerned and didn't listen to what I was telling her. I left there feeling like I wasted my time and money, and still felt horrible.

she gives me great comfort; competent and very nice.
