Dr. Mary Nikoula Kasem, MD

Called this morning to see if they could send in my prescription because I misplaced the paper one that they had given me she told me she would give me a call back to let me know. I even asked her if I could just go in and get another one still they told me they would call me back I called after lunch they told me to wait called at 2 they told me to wait that they will make sure I recieved a call before the end of the day called a 3 and still no answer I ended up calling at 455 no answer for them so now I have to go to urgent care to get that prescription because I'm hurting really bad! I cant believe they couldn't even give a call back for a simple request that shows how much they really care about the PATIENTS well being because I did express in how much pain I was. I will be changing doctors asap

Dr Kasem if very friendly and is very patient during visits. She has been my doctor for several years and the most remarkable instance i can recall is her attention and follow thru to a seemly minor problem has more than likely saved my life.

They are amazing health care providers, always there for their patients. I am very fortunate to have them for many years and I would not any were also.

Dr Kasem is never hurried and takes all the time needed to answer questions or concerns.

Extended wait times in lobby and exam rooms before seeing the doctor. It's a bit faster to visit your local urgent care facility.
