I didnt realize she back...She is fabulous. If you have hormone issues in menopause or thyroid issues fantastic and one of the few drs that test ft4 ft3 as well as tsh and actually understands medication w t3 and how it effects test.,she also doesnt make you test too often for more office visits like some drs $$$ which is great especially when you are stable for years ,well educated,friendly,kind, caring...

I found Dr Ross to be highly experienced in treating Mold Toxicity resulting illnesses. While she's very busy, and may take a moment to get back, I do find her to be highly knowledgeable, sharp, diligent in her choices for treatment, and quite frankly just the best for anything personalized medicine and brain health + she's on top of everything re: cutting edge tools, technologies and treatments. May seem a little costly at first - but totally worth the investment if you prioritize healing and recovery. Will continue to see her -- and highly recommend to others.

Dr. Ross is well trained - well versed and excellent at understanding the drivers of cognitive decline. She gave me my life back.

Dr. Ross use to be very caring along with her staff when she first opened her practice on Commercial Dr. Then she got bigger, staff turnover every six month visit. No one can seem to work there very long. Then recently I felt like she left Savannah to study and really no longer cared about her patients in Savannah. Staff never followed up with refills in a timely matter if at all. Then she decided to hire more help PA who stayed for a brief period of time. Then she has hired a Dr. Who charges enormous prices. I personally believe diet is the solution to all problems. These doctors are just filling their pockets with your money. Do your on research, eat the right foods. Stress less, exercise and get spiritual and you will heal yourself. Keep your money.

Dr. Ross works very hard to care for her patients. She goes over and above to be there for all patients and family members.

I have been a patient for over 3 years. The last two have been horrid. Appointments one after another cancelled. Moved from one location to another. Hourly rate increase since she got a California office and next thing you know you have another doctor with different views then hers. Its like starting over. I liked Dr. Ross but I feel she deserted her patients for more money.

Treating people with cognitive decline is very difficult. The process is detail oriented and involves many aspects. Dr Ross is the "go to" physician for understanding this complex road to navigate. She takes the time to educate and is not afraid to keep searching for answers when needed. Of course, she is expensive...the service she delivers is priceless. Ok...so they office is not a well run machine...but they try...and they do get results - which to me and my family is really all that matters. Ease up people...

My husband and Iwent to Dr.Ross for three years after she opened her office( we were one of her first patients). We were approached and told we “owed” $6,000 because her office misbilled for over 2 years and insurance refused to pay,even though we had everything pre approved before. We contacted our insurance and was dumbfounded as to the amounts of billing! Over $15,000.00 for just one blood test! No wonder they refused,and we did also! She turned us in for collection and still does,this has been since 2013. She seems to try to open clinics,but all seem to have the same problem,and in the three years we were there we seen doctors and staff replaced regularly. Her attitude is,if you can not afford me,don’t come! Or I am your best friend until I gouge your insurance so much they refuse to pay..BEWARE!

Dr. Ross & her office staff are amazing. Dr. Ross thoroughly takes her time in order to evaluate your condition, without rushing you during your appointment. She truly spends her time listening and conducting the proper testing in order to diagnose and treat your condition. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr. Ross, Stephen, Erica, & the rest of the office. Great medical professionals & great people! Highly recommended!

Dr. Ross is THE physician to seek for difficult and challenging chronic illness situations. I was diagnosed with cognitive decline and she is the only physician who listened and spent quality time with me to identify the underlying causes of my situation. True she is not inexpensive...but her insight is invaluable.
