Dr. Mary Campbell Kerr, MD

Dr. Kerr is a truly compassionate, intelligent, informed doctor. She really cares about her patients and treats them as holistic beings not just bodies that need caring. I always learn so much about new treatments and often alternative treatments to medications. She follows up immediately when she received news from my other doctors. That is miraculous. I feel like I can count on her for anything. Thank you Dr. Kerr for your unwavering commitment to your patients well being.

Dr. Kerr is a rare doctor who takes the time to really talk with you prior to your exam. She is incredibly smart, professional and knowledgeable and provides you with many new paths to wellness by suggesting the latest supplements, state of the art tests, etc. I am thrilled to have her as my gyno, and would recommend her to all of my friends.

Dr. Kerr is an excellent doctor. I've never been seen by a doctor with her bedside manner or medical knowledge.

I originally went to Dr. Kerr because she was within my insurance network of providers, she was close to where I lived and her reviews online were not bad. I made an appointment for a routine check-up. When I went to my appointment I waited quite a long time in the waiting room, definitely over 30 minutes and the office was not even packed. I told Dr. Kerr off the bat that I was a student and only wanted to do exams covered by my insurance. I did not want to do any testing that I would be charged extra for by the lab because I have no income. I made that clear to her and she claimed she understood. I also told her I only came for a routine check up. I wanted to be very clear cause in the past I have had doctors run tests without my consent but I will take ownership of those instances because I may have not been clear. She then went on a 1 hour speech about god knows what and told me about how she wants to do this and that and after her speech I told her again I would not want to do… any of it if it means my insurance won't cover it. She GUARANTEED I would not pay anything but the co-pay for the day and that if any issues came up I should call the office. Lo and behold I get a lab statement a few months later for a few thousand dollars. Again, I don't have time for this being a law student but I call the office because I obviously can't afford it, and over a few days we get it sorted out. Fast-forward a year later I get an email that states my credit score has been docked because I am sent to collections. I inquire about the collections and looks like a lab sent me to collections for an amount that I was never notified about owing. Long story short I called the office several times within 3-weeks to get it sort out, the nurses barely cared and obviously the Doctor didn't even take any responsibility. I never received any statements, never consented to the tests and in the end my credit score was affected for something Dr.Kerr originally promised and agreed she wouldn't do. Don't go to her. She is clearly not a good human and has no morals and in the end you will be duped into hearing a 1 hour speech after waiting 30 minutes or more for your appointment and then forced to pay for unnecessary testing, assuming you haven't made it to collections yet because of inadequate notice.

She literally has changed my daughters life by digging deep into her lab work and putting her on all the right medications. She is a lifesaver!

The reason Dr Mary Kerr has mainly 5 star and 1 star reviews is because she is great in person, but if you need to talk to her, get your lab results back, or do any follow-up at all, Dr. Kerr is negligent and horrendous. Dr. Kerr's behavior is odd and negligent - She spent an hour and a half with me in our first (and only) appointment, explaining everything in great detail, giving me the impression that she was not only knowledgable but that she cared a great deal about what her patients were going through. But now, afterwards, it's been 4 weeks since my labs were sent in and she hasn't called me about my results, some of which were in need of medical attention and explanation - I've tried calling her office, emailing her, calling her mobile number, and even texting. She will not return calls, and she has her office assistants call to diagnose conditions and prescribe medications. These are not nurses, they are office assistants. I explained that I needed to hear from the doctor… before taking any medications, and Dr. Kerr has not called. Is that technically medical negligence? To take blood and labs and to not call your patient about the results? To prescribe medicine but not talk to your patient about the diagnosis, the medication, or what to expect during treatment? I don't know, but it seems like it. I wouldn't go to her if you need a regular OBGYN. If you need something explained, once, and to never speak to her again, she is an okay person to talk to. Other than that, she fails on all levels of being a doctor.

YOU CAN TELL SHE REALLY LOVES WHAT SHE DOES. AND DOES IT WELL. I JUST LOVE HER. EVERYONE MUST SEE HER, SHE IS THE BEST. SEE FOR YOUR SELF

Dr. Mary Kerr is truly the best doctor I ever had! Not only she is very knowledgeable but she is also very sweet, compassionate and she loves what she does. She was able to explain me things, also besides gynecology, that other doctors were never able to explain to me. You will have the best experience here. She doesn't rush at all and she really takes the time to explain everything you need to know. She will talk to you as a human, not as the cold, regular, common doctor. Dr. Kerr is absolutely outstanding! I feel so lucky that I've found her! I love her so much!
