The office was clean and the staff very friendly. Dr Leonard was great, I know she was very busy but she made me feel like I was her only patient. She didn't rush me and was very thorough and professional. She is an outstanding doctor and treated me like I was her family

Dr.Leonard is one of the most sincere, compassionate doctors I've ever met. She treats you like a person not "just a case". I used to get sinus infections 1-2 times a month, miserable, debilitating pain.She operated on me and and I might have problems once a year.She changed my life.I've heard angry, jealous people say bad things about Dr. Leonard...they ar just wrong. She is an excellent doctor and a very caring person.

I was five minutes early for my appointment. After 50 minutes, my name was called. I was told it would be another 15 minutes. I had to leave because I needed to be back at work. According to the nurse, the doctor gets behind because of the aount of time she spends with paitents. While that is great, she shouldn't schedule appointments if she going to take that long with her patients!

I'm a patient as of late 2006, I think I done... still dealing with ear/nose problems that she seemed to suggest we'd easily fix (preKatrina Doctor offered surgery options I'm not getting from Dr. Leonard),but I'm no closer to a solution and most of my visits end with me unable to get the perscriptions filled and a pharmacy scavenger hunt... sometimes with over-the-counter solutions I could have done without a $200+ visit.

NEVER EVER GO TO HER!!! I WENT TO HER FOR SINUS SURGERY AND DIDN'T OPEN UP THE PASSAGES AND SAID SHE DID. CUT AND LET A BONE IN MY NOSE EXPOSED AND SHE CUT OFF POLLIPS AND LEFT THEN IN THERE. EPENT # WEEKS IN THE HOSPITAL WITH INFECTIONS. SUIT FILED AND I WON $$$.NEVER GO TO HER!!!!
