Dr. Mary Margaret Smyth, MD

My son raised an urgent throat issue during his scheduled ear visit. She would not address his swallowing problem and said we would need to schedule another visit for insurance reasons. This allows her to get paid more. She is probably the worst doctor ever!

Dr. Mary Smythe, ENT. Refusing to see a patient of record with an urgent health concern because she does not deem it to be an urgent matter, in her opinion. Unethical and careless.

Something is terribly wrong with this woman! She was acting like a psyco for no reason. I remained calm and polite but wow! this was the worst experience of my entire life with a doctor. She was screaming at me right from the start lol Incredibly rude and belittling. I was in shock, like did this just really happen. It was literally abusive. I was in shock all day even couldn't believe it the next day. Watch see her and you'll see for your self! She may be a raging alcoholic who knows, not my place to judge but that's how she acts.

Dr. MARY SMYTHE is a horrible, unstable, mentally ill woman. She should have her license revoked. I felt very unsafe in her presence. If you even squirm a bit out of discomfort she flips out, gets psychotic. Do not see this doctor, she is unstable and dangerous. I will be filing a complaint with the state and board of medicine. Horrible experience and horrible doctor. She needs to see a psychiatrist, she is deplorable.

I love this office. Sure...sometimes there's a wait, but it's worth it. Dr. Smyth and her entire staff have been wonderful for the many years we've been seeing her for my daughter. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat!

Mary Smyth (I refuse to call her Doctor) is a terrible person. My visit with her was the worst doctors experience I've ever encountered. From the very moment she walked into the exam room she degrated me. She told me that she would only give me 15 minutes because that's all insurance pays her for. Every symptom I had, she bashed and told me that I was wrong... She even went as far as to tell me I didn't even know what a symptom was. She insisted that I had said things that were entirely false. She outright ridiculed me! Once I had had enough and confronted her for her demeanor, she completely flipped out. I felt as though I was being interrogated and manipulated to say the things SHE wanted to hear.... Needless to say, this appointment never went further than the chief complaint, I REFUSED to let her examine me. Mind you, this was after having to reschedule my first appointment because I had already waited an hour and a half and couldn't wait any longer. This appointment was at 7pm and… it was after 8pm when I was finally brought into the exam room. If I could rate her less than 1 star, I would!!! Please use caution and think twice before scheduling an appointment with this monster!
