Dr. Marilyn S Befera Zielinski, MD

Marilyn Befera is a joke of a practitioner. She spends approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of every appointment speaking about herself. I have felt judged by her in our sessions and do not feel her approach is professional in any manner. Someone should take away her license to practice - she causes more detriment to her patients than she does good.

If this is Dr. Befera, I just wanted to let you know that despite how you treated me when I was a child in your office at St. Lukes in Racine WI (around 1992) and despite the fact you called me a 'little bi$@*' and told me I'd never amount to anything then stuck me in the mental health hospital at St. Lukes in Racine, I actually made it in life. I am healthy, strong, healed, whole, a Christian, own my own business, have traveled the world, and have forgiven you (for being a poorly trained Doctor when I needed you to believe me when I told you I was being abused), by the many people who were abusing me, including my parents, who abused me. That was a very hard time in my life and I hope you treat your current patients with respect, love, care, and offer them more than a Rorschach test to find out what their problems are and actually listen to them. (Remember that? I told you I didn't want to do your dumb ink blot test and asked you why you didn't believe me when I told you my mom was… abusing me. You then called me a little bi@&*). Great bed side manners. At any rate, I came across your name on the Wheaton (Racine, WI) website while looking for a doctor and I thought I'd let you know that your unprofessional behavior, and your lack of actual care and respect for me as a patient, didn't keep me from healing. I really do hope you've changed the way you treat your patients.
