Dr. Mathew Tyson Kraus, MD

I have had Dr Matthew Krause as my doctor for several years now. My expectation after him becoming my Doctor is a thorough evaluation, a deep look into every possible issue, and attention to detail. What makes him great is he isn't just listening going thru the motions. He hears and, actually cares about your health! The staff are very sweet and caring people. If you want to trust the information your given mountain view pediatrics is the place your looking for.

Dr. Matthew is so wonderful. I've been with him for years and before he was my grandmother's doctor. I changed moving because I am so comfortable with him and his team.

I had some emotional moments during my visit today. I always talk to Dr Matthew about things going on in my life and sometimes do get emotional. Dr Matthew is always so kind and offers solutions and options for me He always takes the time to listen and I believe he is very compassionate to his patients. He encourages questions at the end of the visit and cares about how I feel

Dr. Kraus takes the time to really listen to me and explain his reasons for necessary tests and treatment. He is kind and personable. He is well read on current studies and research. He uses that information to make his recommendations. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a physician.

No wait time for my morning appointment. Dr Kraus always addresses all of my concerns.

Been my Dr for years, I’ll not trust anyone else.

I went to Dr. Kraus 3 times with a sinus infection, all in a 4 week time period. He had me on 3 different antibiotics plus 2 rounds of steriods. I kept saying something is not right but he said he felt further testing was not necessary. On the next appointment I saw the PA who did order a CT scan of the sinus. The right side was 100% blocked by a polyp, the left side was 80% blocked. Duh! Sinus surgery and doing great now. My husband also saw Dr. Kraus for lower back pain that was on the left side. Was told to get out of the truck and walk every hour (my husband is a truck driver). Two days later my husband passed out at work and was taken to the hospital. He had a 7mm kidney stone (that he passed!) Lucky for my husband he was not driving when he passed out. I feel Dr. Kraus is anti-test. I would rather tests be run so the problem can be found and solved. I also felt that return visits (come back in a week, etc. etc.) were excessive and phone calls could have been made for some of… the return visits I went to. Even though I have insurance the co-pays really add up.

Fantastic Doctor!!!! I would recommend to anyone!
