I came to him after having foot and ankle surgery 2 years ago with Palmetto Health, that never healed right and still causes a lot of pain. As soon as he walked in and had me walk across the room he could tell right away that it needed another surgery to re-repair it. He has great bedside manner! He talked me through all my options and took his time to make sure I understood everything. He also has a great sense of humor. I’d recommend him to anyone needing foot and ankle surgery.

I had surgery to correct a hammer toe. I ended up with the hammer toe still not correct and the toe next to it won't even bend now. He had no explanation for that! Although he has a great bed-side manner, his work is questionable.

His Nurse with blond colored hair is VERY rude. She should not be alone with patients and has an attitude that makes me wonder why she is in the health care field. Boyer is just ok.

I feel dr. boyer is a very good doctor. He has really helped my problem. I love his bedside manner. The only problem I have found is having to wait so long in the office, however when he gets to me he is not in a hurry and he spends time with me.

Dr Boyer is straight up and by the book. He has done a great job fixing my left ankle and foot. It was shattered very bad He tried to keep me out of pain as much as he could. I'm about to go back onto surgery for the 3rd time Because my injury was so severe it's not healing. This time I have to have a bone graft and a bolt added to keep leg bones together. He is a 4 star doctor

I am a 30 year old woman who came to Dr. Boyer because he specialized in foot and ankle. My right foot kept swelling along by my ankle. I had severe burning,stabbing and throbbing pain explained to him with no relief. I had current foot x rays from the er-that he dismissed telling me that er doctors do not know how to read them! i kept trying to get answers to why my foot and ankle kept doing that and he told me I was not the only one who has this problem and I needed to go to pain mangement! Well I saw a very wonderful foot dr who spent over 2 hrs with me diagnosing and treating the issue. it was caused by a repetative machine I was doing with my foot and I needed 4 cortisone injections along with anti-inflammatory meds NOT pain pills to mask the pain like Dr. Boyer gave me. I would like to know when Dr's loose their bed side manner and become such mean people?
