Had a total L knee replacement, walked ¼ mile to our mailbox 4 days later, fantastic results. Within 4 months I was at about 95% back to normal. Will be seeking his expertise to address a possible shoulder issue. 5 stars!

The surgery he did well on. However he had horrible bedside manner and I feel like he attempted to make me feel bad for the injury I had. He also had me get tests done and then never even went over the results with me, never brought the tests up again. Also said I'd be able to walk again and since surgery I've never been able to walk on my own without a walker. It hurts too much where he did the surgery at. Also would be confused on how long I had been seeing him everytime I saw him. So overall a bit messy and rude. If I ever have a need for services he provides, I'll look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience from office visits to surgery. He is our 4th orthopedic doctor that we have been to. Wish we had gone to him first. Wouldn't have had years of knee pain

Dr Bernhardt did a total knee replacement on my wife’s right knee almost a year ago. The surgery went well and we were both very happy. Unfortunately my wife still had pain in her knee. She went back to see Dr. Bernhardt and he was a total jerk and assumed that my wife was seeking painkillers! No, she would like to not have pain in her knee!

Dr Bernhard has replaced my right hip and right shoulder and he has a 5 star rating from me. He is a great surgeon. I have had little pain with both operations and will probably need additional work on my left side (hip & shoulder) Thank you Dr Bernhard for my quality of life back.

The absolute hands down best Orthopedic Doctor in the state of Ohio. He loves what he does and is the best at it because of that.

He has done both shoulders, rotator cuffs, wife's knee and hip. Love this guy and mannerism.

Dr. Bernhard has done six surgeries on me. Can't express in words how grateful I am to have him as part of my healthcare team. Having Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 32 and am now 45 he has given me my life back! There will be more surgeries in my future and he will be the only surgeon to perform them. Dr. Bernhard has the most amazing bedside manner I have ever experienced. His compassion and expertise is unsurpassed.
