Very friendly and welcoming doctor! Had a UPJ obstruction and he went the extra mile to schedule the surgery at a time that was convenient for me. Surgery went great and I felt completely normal within 2 weeks. He also does an excellent job of explaining to you in simple terms what is causing your urological issues and how they plan to fix them. Highly recommend Dr. Braasch!

Absolutely horrible experience. The worst doctor I have ever seen. I spent hundreds & hundreds of dollars on this terrible appointment that was a waste of my time & my money. I went in for a painful bladder & burning. You could tell he was trying to hurry up the appointment & push me along & speed things up. I did a urine sample & an exam & they filled my bladder up to watch out I empty it. He told me I had urethritis (wrong) & I had many questions about it & all he said was “look it up online” days later the pain was getting worse I called his office FIVE TIMES never ONCE HEARD BACK!! Ended up in the hospital & I had a severe UTI that almost spread to my kidneys. The hospital told me that Dr. Braasch diagnosis was wrong & she was baffled by the treatment I got over there. I’ve been trying to fill my medication & get ahold of them for 4 months now, hears NOTHING back, I tried to have my pharmacy get in contact with them to refill my over active bladder meds, NOTHING. DO NOT SEE HIM!!!

I have just undergone a biopsy for the second time with Dr Braasch, While not something to look forward to both procedures went well. The support staff was great, they answered questions, made me as comfortable as possible, were very skilled and professional. Dr Braasch answered my questions in a straight forward and non condescending matter. The procedure went quickly the only delay was when he made certain to take enough time for the local anesthetic to take effect. The result was nearly painless - more a mild discomfort. He told me what to expect and when, which lowers anxiety great. While I hope that I will not have to undergo this again - If I do Dr Braasch will be my Doctor.

He was the second doctor I saw regarding my kidney stones, my first experience was awful. He was fantastic and made up for my previous experience. I was seen right away, recommend his Shakopee location, and he took the time to explain things to me and helped me put my mind at ease. He did my successful lithotripsy and follow up. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Braasch recently treated me for a few large kidney stones. I was impressed with Dr. Braasch and his staff immediately. He took the time to listen to me and came up with a plan. He performed laser lithotripsy and successfully broke up 3 stones. Given the situation, I experienced minimal discomfort from both the procedure and the stent. I will definitely stick with Dr. Braasch and his team as we come up with a plan to avoid stones in the future.

I have a history of kidney stone and suspected I had another. I got in to see Dr. Braasch quickly. He saw me, his office got a pre-authorization done for a CT, and they immediately performed my CT. Dr. Braasch saw me back in his office immediately following my scan, reviewed my images, and did a cystoscopy before I left. This was all accomplished in less than two and a half hours. Everyone treated me well and I am so impressed with my experience with Dr. Braasch and staff. Thank you Everyone!
