Dr. Gullickson is such a professional & knowledgeable doctor. His bedside manners are impeccable. He takes the time to listen & provide solid feedback about your situation. I highly recommend him to provide orthopedic care to your love ones!

He walked in for less than 60 seconds, ordered Xrays. Cake back afterwards and told me another area looked worse than my issue. He literally laughed when I asked him for pain medication. I have no history of substance abuse and haven't been prescribed anything in years. I'd filled out the never ending forms and rated my pain at a 9 on a 10 scale. I'm wondering why they ask your pain level if you're going to be told to take Tylenol. Anyone in that level of pain has already tried NSAIDS. He is simply the worst doctor I've ever seen. Lesson learned, don't see the 1st doctor who has an open appointment.

Dr. Gullickson looked at my daughter's hip for about 3 minutes, diagnosed her and sent her to physical therapy. Weeks into therapy, my daughter was in more pain so we went to a different doctor in the same group. The new doctor immediately did a simple x-ray to determine the true diagnosis. Serious surgery corrected the problem. Gullickson made assumptions, took very little time, and misdiagnosed. I would never recommend him and have actively made my opinion known when asked. OrthoCarolina has a number of excellent doctors, but Gullickson isn't one of them.

Did not listen to my problem, very quick to say I needed an MRI! Ordered the wrong MRI, doesn't like to be questioned! I'm out $1000.00!! Still trying to find out what's wrong..

Dr. Gullickson is an exceptional physician and human being!!! He made it very clear to me how completely invested he is in my care and my satisfaction with his treatment. He paid very careful attention to my body when explaining my full recovery. His concern and care are the model for how a patient should be regarded by a physician...he is impressive in every way.

Cannot say enough. Went in with a broken kneecap in four places, however, much worse once he got in there to repair. I have not has the 1st pain. It has been a long recovery in which I was told during my fist visit. I'm now four months out from surgery. Walking, able to bend the knee, working on taking the stairway normally, things I wondered if I would be able to do normally again. I'm very pleased and would recommend Dr. Gullickson to anyone who would ask my opinion.

Dr. Matt Gullickson is a tremendous doctor and person. He has rebuilt my traumatically broken ankle (broken in three places), repaired my rotator cuff, and overseen treatment for my lower back before referring me to a spine specialist. Dr. Gullickson listens and cares. He has my utmost vote of confidence, and I have referred several of my friends to him.

Dr. Gullickson is outstanding in every way! He is highly skilled, compassionate, and very humble. He "put me back together again" after a severe, unstable triple fracture of my ankle.
