Dr. Matthew V Jenkins, MD

I was referred by my primary physician. Dr. Jenkins was also recommended by 2 friends. My MRI was ordered by my primary doctor and was completed within 4 days. When I got home Dr. Jenkins office called me to setup an appointment. I’ve never had a doctor’s office call me before I contacted them. The front office was extremely helpful and courteous. Their online check in was simple and quick. I was able to add my PRA card to my file and it was charged on service day with a receipt printed and emailed. My appointment was 2 days later. When I arrived, reception greeted me with open arms. Victoria brought me into the exam room and did my preliminary exam. Her “bedside manner” was very nice. Soon I met Dr. Jenkins and his assistant. He did an exam and determined my course of action. Dr. Jenkins was very personable and honest. He brought me out to discuss my MRI and talked to me and NOT at me. The whole experience was amazing. I retired from the fire department and have had many patients that… were in need of help. They wanted compassion and treatment. That’s what I strived to deliver. That is what I received from Dr. Jenkins entire team. Highly recommend his office for treatment!

Such a great Dr. I was seen for a frozen shoulder, which had been misdiagnosed by a previous surgeon. Dr. Jenkins was very knowledgeable, and I immediately felt comfortable and trusting of his diagnosis. He patiently went over my MRI and answered all of my questions. Honestly, I wish he could be my PCP. I would highly recommend him.

An exceptional orthopedic surgeon. I come from a medical family and my opinion is that Dr. Jenkins is exceptional. A really good communicator. I trust him 100%.

Dr.Jenkins in my opinion and experience is an excellent Surgeon. He is very thourough and as well as efficient and also has a very well organized support Staff. Which is very important. Everyone in the office works well together to deliver organized and efficient care to all of the patients who come through their doors. As well the staff at the Out Patient Surgery Center in Lakewood. They try and get everyone seen in a very timely manner. This is a modern up to date Practice run extremely well. THEY DO NOT WASTE PATIENTS TIME!!! AND ARE EXTREMELY KIND AND COURTEOUS. My Thanks to All who have helped make this a healing experience. Sincerely, John Grey RN

Doctor Jenkins is the best shoulder doctor around. Surgery was smooth and minimal pain after. Looking forward to testing out the new shoulder.

First visit and didn't feel rushed at all. Dr. Jenkins, answered all my questions in a very professional and friendly manner.

Wonderful bed side manner. He listened to my concerns, explained the reason why my elbow was hurting. Gave me excellent recommendations on maintaining and relieving my pain. I will give my visit today a 10 plus, plus.
