Dr. Matthew Koehler, MD

I never actually saw Dr. Koehler because the office’s scheduling completely fell apart during my visit. After the nurse finished my exam, I was told there were no rooms available — even though I had just been in one. I was sent back to the waiting room so they could continue stacking patients far beyond what they could handle. I waited for over an hour on Christmas Eve with no communication. When I was finally placed in a room again, I waited another twenty minutes with no update and no sign of the doctor. No one checked on me or acknowledged the delay. I eventually walked out. On my way out, I passed several staff members standing together who didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I had been helped. The indifference was obvious. This was not a busy day or a simple mistake. It was a clear breakdown in basic professionalism and patient care. I will not be returning.
