Dr. Matthew Nelson Peebles, MD

I absolutely love Dr. Peebles but I am in need of an intrathecal pain pump replacement. Dr. Peeples and Gardner installed my first pump about 21 years ago I had no problems they were awesome. My second pump had to be replaced by a different doctor because doctors Peebles and Gardner have personal issues with my pain management doctor. I was forced to have to travel all the way down to wellington to have the pump replacement. May 1 2023 again because of personal issues with my pain management doctor Dr. Peebles flat out refused to do the replacement. This is disgusting and unprofessional behavior by two prominent doctors. I have nothing to do with their issues or personal attitude towards my pain management doctor. I am caught in the middle. Not only is it unprofessional it should be criminal behavior. If I were dying I would never allow either doctor Peebles nor Dr. Gardner anywhere near me. You need to think really deep before you allow these two immature quacks to touch you.

Best care He knew exactly my problem and did a laparoscopic surgery on me. It felt like I never had surgery! Love him

Dr. Peebles treated me in both the hospital and out patient. It’s easy to be frustrated and disheartened when in pain but his patience and upbeat attitude really gave me hope! Took the TIME to explain everything and be sure that I could understand exactly what was happening and what to expect. Took every concern I had in to consideration. Greatful for his FANTASTIC care.

Dr Peebles is very caring and did an awesome surgery laparoscopic, after I hardly knew I had surgery and I can not even see my scars

My surgery was an emergency as my gall bladder was gangrenous. When I woke up there was a minimum of pain and Dr. Peebles and his PA's were very caring and informative. Also there a minimum of scarring, actually unless it is pointed out it is hardly noticeable, now that a month has passed. Follow up two weeks later was very comforting and staff was very caring and informative and supportive. What could have been a very scary circumstance was turned into a very positive experience. I would recommend Dr. Peebles any time.

Dr. Peeobles operated on me for an inguinal hernia. As a result of that operation I lost a testical and had a large hematoma that had to be aspirated six months after the operation. Now nearly one year later, I again will have to have the hematoma again will have to have the hemotoma aspirated. My advice, step away from him.

Dr. Peebles operated on my husband when he had an emergency and I took him to Tradition Hospital. We were SO very fortunate to get Dr. Peebles who kept his calm and removed a large part of my husband's colon and a cancerous tumor and blockage. He explained everything in such a manner that I could understand exactly what was happening. He provided excellent follow-up and answered every questions we had. I really believe that his expertise is the reason my husband is doing so well today. I will forever be grateful for his outstanding care.

Excellent bedside manner. Had reviewed my detailed records before the appointment. Asks questions to get accurate background. Explains everything well. Makes you feel very comfortable, helps immensely if you're anxious. Let's you know exactly what to expect during procedure & after. I was very satisfied with the visit.
