Dr. Matthew H Ting, MD

I'm am not a staff member with Dr. Tings office. I am in my early 40s and have seen him since I was 20 yrs of life. Dr Ting is a wonderful health care provider. He actually saved my life twice and I finally had a baby. Only good wishes for Dr. Ting and his staff.

Dr. Ting is an excellent surgeon. I'd recommend him to anyone.

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Ting to me when I found out I was pregnant with my oldest son, 12 years ago. I've never been very comfortable in doctors offices. Dr. Ting and his staff were amazing! He was always so nice, and he had a manner that helped me relax. I stayed with him for my 2nd and 3rd pregnancies as well. I found out my 2nd son might have Trisomy 18, a chromosome defect that is fatal in 100% of babies born with it. Dr. Ting was very attentive and supportive through every thing. Thankfully the test came back negative, but when my son was born he couldn't breathe on his own. Dr. Ting refused to give up on him and got him to take his first breath, saving my little boy. My 3rd son was born with 2 holes in his heart, and during delivery, his umbilical cord collapsed and his heart stopped. Dr. Ting yanked plugs out of the wall and pushed my bed to the OR himself for an emergency C-section. The very first thing I saw when I came out of anesthesia was the nurse holding my baby… boy in front of me saying "look, momma he's ok!". He saved my son's life, again. He is an amazingly dedicated Dr. and I owe him my little boys life. I wouldn't even consider seeing another Dr.

Many years ago, Dr Ting made sexually inappropriate comments to me when the nurse was out of the room. Although I told my friends I never reported it because I Was embarrassed and concerned I couldn’t prove it as there were no witnesses. I just learned today that a colleague of mine had a similar experience. We will be filing a complaint with the Missouri license board. I am sorry I did not do so sooner as I feel terrible that my inaction likely resulted in my colleague (who I just recently met) having a similar experience.

Dr ting is amazing have seen him now for 7 years and he's delivered three of my children would recommend him to anyone he's a great Dr very thorough and u can tell he cares about his patients

I absolutely love the nurses and Dr.Ting. all my questions are answered and time is not rushed. I always feel so much better after I leave.

Dr Ting miss diagnosed shingles for dermatitis. During the course of the visit he rudely made assumptions and comments about my personal life. During the course of the exam I questioned him about a lump in my breast and I needed a mammogram, his reply "you work the hospital you should know where to go" proper treatment would have been a federal for a diagnostic mammogram. Luckily my shingles were not dermatitis causing an emergency room visit as well as a long list of other appointments concluding in stage 3 breast cancer. He's very negligent in my opinion if it were not for shingles and I had not had gotten proper treatment in other offices I may not be alive today.

Beware! The only positive comments are left by his staff. I overheard a conversation a few days before I gave birth to my baby. It was a horrible experience. He has no respect for a natural birth.

I will give birth to my next child at home!

Extremely rude! Bad bed-side manners and only interested in a quick paycheck. No respect for mother and baby. Pumping me full of drugs to get baby to come down quick. Jamming stuff into my downstairs violently when I did not have an epidural while abruptly stretching the exit without warning. No comfortable doctor-patient relationship. He should have just let the hospital OB deliver my baby if he so badly didn't want to be there to do his job. He does not support a natural delivery. I will not be going to him again.
