Dr. Maurice Man-Ho Lam, MD

Dr. Lam is an extraordinary Doctor. His expertise is second to none. I had the pleasure of having Dr. Lam provide my care during my two pregnancies and through two deliveries. If he had to run late or cancel due to a patient emergency, he always gave me his full attention and time when he saw me. He is one of the kindest and compassionate doctors I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend him to any woman who wants only the very best care for herself.

Dr. Lam has been my doctor for 6-7 years ! And I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great physician. Dr. Lam explains things thoroughly and takes his time with any questions or concerns you may have. Great with diagnosing problems.

Dr. Lam delivered my baby. My primary doctor was unable to do so, so I was passed on to him. My primary doctor was good as well, but Dr. Lam is a doctor in true words. He not only knows his profession to the T, but he also cares. He spent time with us, to get to know us. He spoke to us about things besides medicine. He never was in a hurry to get to his next patient. Which is huge for me. Since 8 of 10 doctors I have met treat their profession to make money for than heal people. Dr. Lam counseled advised and guided me through my entire labor. I was 41 weeks due, so I had to go for a C section. He came to the hospital at 4:30am and SAT WITH US until 9 am monitoring me and giving me a chance to do a normal delivery. After 9 he told me what's best for me and did a C section. After the baby was delivered , he came to the hospital to remove my staples, which a nurse could easily do. He would come talk to us and leave calmly, in oppose to talking to us with one leg out of the door.I would… go back to him in a heart beat. I would recommended him to everyone!!!!!! He not only has a well informed brain but a compassionate heart. I am so glad he delivered my baby and he is a part of our history. His office staff is compassionate as well.

Great Doc and staff. It is obvious Dr. Lam enjoys his profession. Caring, answered all my questions, trustworthy. Have been going to him for 12 years.

One of the Best Drs. Around!! His staff, nurses are the best. Dr. Lam is one of the few specialists that actually explain everything, he takes his time with each patient. I would highly recommend him!

Never rushes, incredibly smart-- helpful. Searched all over the country and finally found him-- Did the best job on my fibroid tumor.

Dr. Lam is the best. I used to live in southern California, but I now live in New York. Dr. Lam is still my doctor, and I fly out to see him. He is the kindest, most caring, bright and wonderful doctor. He spends time with you, and cares for the whole patient. He is thoughtful and considerate, and an expert at what he does. I feel very fortunate to have been his patient for many years. Dr. Lam is one in a million.

Being that this doctor is supposed to be an OB/Gyn, he does a very poor job of communicating with his patient and makes one feel like he really doesn't care and has better things to do. So much is left to his office staff who are overworked and not caring or considerate. Long wait, impersonal, and missed a diagnosis that would have been easy to spot had he taken a few extra minutes.
