Dr. Ritchie-Gillespie is a very talented Orthopedic Surgeon and a very compassionate and caring person. She kindly spent time with me to answer all my questions, for which I am very grateful. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Richie-Gillespie shepherded me through my bout with a Pleamorphic Sarcoma and I could not have received better treatment from any other Physician. Although I have had a number of health issues over my 67 years, Dr. MRG sets the bar (a very high one at that) and I would without hesitation recommend her to any and everyone.

She takes an holistic approach and follows her vow of first doing no harm. Refreshing approach to treating the whole patient compared to many surgery hungry orthopedics.

Dr Richie Mamie Gillespie has been my orthopedic surgeon for 19 years she's the most amazing woman alive she saved my leg and has continued to operate on me since I was the age of 12 from what I'm understanding when she before my first procedure she was 8 months pregnant with one of her children they didn't stop her the woman had everything in her mindset that she was going to make sure that I could walk out of that doctors office after recovery and that's what happen i staying here proud day 19 years later after your original surgery being able to walk and live a normal life

Dr. Richie-Gillespie spent time discussing my surgery, answering all my questions and accomodating my requests. She put me at ease and was very professional. She is a very skilled surgeon who puts her patients first.
