Dr. Meena Shah, MD

She is literally the worst doctor I have ever visited. She just didn't care what I had to say or what I felt. And she didn't even tell me what was wrong with me, just handed me a bunch of prescription. I have no idea what she diagnosed me with and what the medicine she gave me is for. I tried to ask but she quickly mumbled something and just ran out the door. I honestly don't think she even made any eye contact with me after the initial greeting. She talked as she wrong on the prescription pad.

Would not recommend. Pressured me into having a physical. I told her I already had a physical. I came Only to refill my prescriptions. She Never checked me yet She charged my Insurance Comany $400; all she cares about is money. Will never go to her again

Given the run around to simply get an appointment. Witnessed the Dr. yelling at office staff while waiting to see her. She went to lunch while patients with appointments were waiting. I changed my primary Dr. right away.

I arrived about 30 mins before my appt and checked-in. I was asked to pay before seeing Dr. Shah, which is odd for a doctor's visit. So when I arrived other patients were waiting to see her. Dr. Shah was not even at the clinic at that time. She showed up considerably late (10am) and as a result I had to wait over 1.5 hrs to see her. The staff were not very considerate and communication was poor about how long the wait would be. After I finally got to see her, she disregarded being late and raised her voice to change the subject. She did not make a good impression with bed side manners. She did not listen very much and stared at her chart for most of the visit. She may know medicine well but she really lacks people skills. I would not recommend her.

After showing up 30 mins ahead of my appt time I walked into the office and approached the receptionist, she looked at me but didn't ask me if I needed help or anything. Trying to be polite I waited for her to assist me, but after about 2 mins went by I finally asked, "Where do I sign in?" The same receptionist replied, "Right here & handed me the sign in sheet." After filling out my paperwork she told me I needed to pay before the doctor will see me (which I've never heard of before). Why should I pay for a service that hasn't been done yet? After signing in I sat in the waiting room for 1 hr & 30 mins then they finally took me to the exam room. The doctor rushed me through the exam & didn't answer a lot of my questions. The doctor & staff were very unfriendly and I did not feel welcomed or cared for at all. Based on my experience I would not recommend this doctor or her office to anyone.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Dr. Meena Shah kept me waiting and then did not listen to me or take my concerns seriously. She repeatedly interrupted me and raised her voice to me, then got defensive when the friend I'd brought along due to my anxiety over seeing doctors pointed out that she was raising her voice and not listening. She even contradicted me when I told her what my insurance would not cover, and I confirmed with my benefits administrator that my information was correct. What is the use of going to a doctor who will not listen to you telling them your symptoms and concerns? I'm going to find a new doctor.
