Dr. Megan Jennings

Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia who has 10 years of experience in working with youth, adolescents, and adults in various clinical settings. She has experience in working with depression, anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, trauma, relationship issues, stress management and self-esteem issues. Megan graduated from the University of Virginia with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and obtained her Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University. Megan utilizes person-centered, supportive, collaborative, cognitive behavioral (CBT), and mindfulness-based methods to assist individuals with meeting their personal counseling goals. She believes that each individual or couple faces unique challenges and offers a variety of different strategies to assist individuals with meeting personal and relationship goals.
