Kelly Ott deemed it more important to spend the Christmas Holiday with her family, and neglect her obligation and oath to go above and beyond to care for her patient. She was “caesarian section happy”, and pretty much wanted me to have a scheduled c-section or labor induction to work around her schedule. She ultimately went on vacation, and negated to deliver my baby. The on-call rookie doctor (MEGAN MORHMAN) could not make sound decisions on her own, and she called in the tenured physician (Matuszek), whom was extremely rude/abrasive, and did not even allow me to speak to my husband beforehand about the next steps; she bum rushed him in the hallway before he could make it back into my room. It was not an emergency; they were just tired of waiting for me to labor naturally. Finally, the icing on the cake, (ROOKIE – MORHMAN), delivered my baby, and failed to treat a laceration that was caused by her during delivery; the wound was never treated or acknowledged by the doctor and her… negligence has now resulted in a permanent scar on my baby’s forehead. All three “doctors” deserve “0” Stars.
