It seems unfair to rate a doctor on the performance of her office staff but in this case I have no choice. The office staff are incapable of handing a problem without getting defensive and rude. Referrals are ignored and not processed through to the insurance company. Had to make three phone calls to get anything accomplished. The doctor herself is good but I think she knows about the problems out front and has not rectified the problem. I made a cash payment at the front desk and it conveniently was not posted until a month later when I made a fuss about it. Did someone need gas money that day? Whatever you do, do not pay your copay in cash there.

Dr. M. Iqbal is the most competent doctor that I have ever met. You can actually have a good discussion with her. If you have a question and call her, most time she will call you back personally. She also has excellent bedside manner.
