My experience with Dr. Friedlander was such an amazing time in a very scary time for me and my husband. She put us at ease, explained everything in an understandable way, including using a diagram to show what she meant, and what my options were. She made me feel good about my decision and confident that things were going to work out. She was so wonderful that I was a little disappointed that we would not need to see each other again after my last post operation follow up appointment with her, but she said that I could still reach out to her anytime if I wanted.

Not only is Dr Friedlander precise and straight to the point. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain step by step procedures and what the patient should expect, the outcome. The Uribe family would not have chosen any other surgeon for our mother's care.

Dr. Friedlander was very thorough explaining the procedure that she was going to perform. She also showed me a diagram of the breast and how she was going to perform the surgery. I am pleased to have her as my surgeon.

Dr Friedlander has a wonderful manner, both in the office and in the hospital. She is always cheerful, and always takes the time needed to answer questions and reassure both the patient and family members. Surgical results are successful (3 out of 3 for me, over a period of 12 years). And her staff is wonderful, answering questions themselves or having the doctor contact me directly if needed. Overall her competence, confidence, and demeanor helped make a potentially scary experience much more manageable and much less stressful.

Dr. Friedlander is a winner. She oozes competence. All organization and positive energy.

She spent a lot of time making me feel comfortable and explaining my options and her recommendations. She was very thorough. Dr. Friedlander recently performed a lumpectomy on me and everything went extremely smoothly. She and her staff provided detailed instructions pre and post surgery. Thank you Dr. Friedlander!
