Dr. McCarty was very helpful and informative. My visit went well.

I was very impressed by Dr. McCarty's compassion and attention to detail. She was very easy to talk to and I had time to ask all the questions I could think of during my consultation. I have seen many occuloplastic surgeons and have had to spend years trying to correct an eyelid procedure that snowballed into a worse problem than I initially had. Dr. McCarty explained my options, drew out what she thought might be the best for my case at this point and gave me projections about what to expect years down the road. I feel she has my well being as her priority. It is clear she is passionate about her work and wants to give each patient the best chance for a positive outcome. I am encouraged that she will be able to help me.

Dr Mccarty was wonderful from start to finish. She listened and addressed my concerns and was very compassionate. Her enthusiasm and passion is genuine and refreshing! The staff have all been great too, I will recommend Dr McCarty every chance I get.

While my experience with the majority of the office staff and the doctor was acceptable, my experience with the billing person at the end of the appointment was very unpleasant. She was condescending, impatient and clearly annoyed by my questions. I left without a thorough understanding of billing and have not had a promised to follow up call since.

Dr. McCarty was attentive to what I was seeking and has excellent bedside manners. She explained the plan of care thoroughly and did not dismiss any of my concerns.

She really wants to help and is very thoughtful. She is intelligent and gets ahead of issues. Love her
