No privacy, she writes all the patient personal information in her notes. Not knowledgeable. she is rude, talks loudly and irritated with patients. Waiting time is more than one hour. Her office front desk ladies are very rude, laugh and makes jokes on the back of the patients. No courtesy.

We have been dealing with a difficult situation with my husband's ex wife for a long time and her continued insistence there is always something wrong with their now 5 year old daughter. She has always been available by phone to us even in the middle of the night to walk us through the various 'illnesses' the child has had and given us proper diagnosis and treatment options as well as prevented this child from unnecessary procedures and treatments for NORMAL childhood illnesses. I cannot thank her enough for loving our child enough to take money and time from her own pocket to help us.

You will never find a more caring doctor. She takes the time to ask questions and to listen so she can determine what problem you have. Her questions led me to discover that I had an environmental problem in my house that was making me sick. I hadn't connected the dots until she started asking me questions and suggesting what I needed to check in my home.Everyone in the office is courteous and caring. When you visit the office you feel like you are part of the family.You might have to wait, but it is well worthwhile to have a doctor who listens and cares about you.

Get your pocketbook ready! In this day and age where hard working folks are affected by poor insurace options through employers--Generations indicated they were a "preferred provider" when actually they were not. This resulted in a large bill for my Mom that the insurance did not cover. It's a sad day when a woman who has worked all her life gets to close to retirement age and is in the gap between being medicare eligible and has inadequate insurance. Now the onslaught of letters, phone calls, and debt collections. Dr. Mintzer--NOW I'm REALLY sick! Thanks SO much.

few times have waited over 3 hours to get from the waiting room to the exam room. she never follows up even after she orders extensive, expensive lab work, etc. also has a weird bed side manner, can't even look at you when she speaks. no eye contact at all. when I first went, thought I found a wonderful doctor, one that listened, etc. Quite the contrary, goes off on her own little tangents, believing you have some freaky, out of the ordinary disease and then after all that, doesn't follow through. Leaving the patient with no answers and eventually they have to seek out other medical professionals for answers to the same questions they went to her about.How do these inadequate physician's keep their licenses? How often do they get examined by medical boards? Making sure they are properly practicing medicine?

Doctor Mintzer is the best doctor I have ever had. I would not trust the care of myself and my children to anyone else if Doctor Mintzer was an option.
