Super intelligent!

I was absolutely amazed. A serious, possibly life threatening condition had been misdiagnosed for years. My doctors never ordered the necessary tests. By the time I met Dr. Russo, it could have been a very risky surgery at any time. Thankfully, his referral was right on the mark, and I am finally pain free in the part of my body that was affected.

Great bedside manners! Excellent doctor for me and my family! I also live his great staff.

Maybe doctor Is good but.... You won't be able to meet him! His office manager is obnoxious and won't make appointments for new patients. Dr. Russo should consider firing this guy, just to keep good reputation.

Dr. Russo was my pediatrician from Kindegarten to now (high school) He has helped me in many ways and was definitely the best doctor I have seen.

Dr. Russo is both well versed and also has the unique quality of genuinely caring about the people who seek is help. As a doctor, I am profoundly sensitive to other health professionals who are guided more by economics and defensive practice than patient interest. Dr. Russo is among the rare exceptions. He is strongly recommended

The doctor is great and very knowledgeable but the office manager is the worst! He gives appointments for two weeks later, they don't take walk- ins and he wants to charge you a $1 a page for your medical records. Those you will receive "within 30 days"! I understand that for personal reasons the dr will never fire Gerard so I rather take my Daugther were the staff is polite and efficient! Save yourself the aggrevation and go somewhere else!

DR. RUSSO IS EXTREMELY CARING AND PROFESSIONAL. i COMPLETELY TRUST HIM WHEN IT COMES TO MY HEALTH, HOWEVER HIS OFFICE MANAGER, GERARD IS RUDE AND CONDESCENDING TO THE PATIENTS. I AM SUPRISED THE DR. HAS SOMEONE LIKE THAT RUNNING HIS OFFICE. IT CAN SERIOUSLY AFFECT WHETHER A PATIENT WILL COME BACK.

Office staff especially the office mgr leaves alot to be desired, he is very cold and uppity. He has no compassion at all, does he know what business he is in. If you get past him, Dr Russo is very caring to your needs, takes the time to listen which is good.
