Dr. Melinda Aliza Costa, MD

Dr. Costa performed surgery on my scalp. The office was great and I was assisted and made comfortable from the moment I got to her office. The growths in my scalp were unsightly as one was on my hairline on my forehead. She was very thorough in explaining what it was and how she would have to remove the contents of the sac and the sac itself so that I would not have a reoccurrence. The procedure lasted over 45 minutes, was painless. She was concerned about not removing too much hair. She did an amazing job stitching and I was very happy when I looked in the mirror and they were gone!

I consider myself very lucky to have found Dr. Costa for my breast reduction surgery. I found her on the list of surgeons that accepted Anthem Blue Cross insurance. When I first met her, I felt at ease and was impressed with her thorough examination. She told me everything that I could expect about the surgery and the recovery process. I was given written instructions, which were easy to follow and understand, for pre and post surgery. My recovery was better than I had anticipated. I wish I had done this procedure years ago. I am extremely satisfied with the results and I have recommended Dr. Costa to some of my friends and colleagues.

Amazing abilities, facial reconstruction from a large cancer spot removed, half my nose. My face nearly looks the same... Dr. Costa is truly a gift and talent with sincere hard work and dedication to the face to "save face" for others. Compassionate and to the point!
