Dr. Melissa Shannon Kirven, MD

I refuse to give any stars for this doctor, because she doesn't deserves any; unfortunately I'm forced to leave 1 star. She provided me with THE WORST service when "delivering" my fourth child; according to my husband she did nothing but stand there, that's why I always went with the midwife team because they are much more engaged with the mother and birth process. I remember being in explict pain after delivering my son, she never asked why I was in pain, or where the pain was stemming from. And then when the entire birth procedure was over, she was anxious to ask when she could insert my IUD. That's when I lost it, and told her to leave to the room.

She did not ask appropriate questions and rushed me through exam. Did not have any interest in patient. There is no record any where of tests that I had to ask her to order. Long wait time. Have never been so dissatisfied. Won’t go back.

Did not give full exam. Did not ask appropriate questions about meds, birth control, nothing. Most unprofessional Dr. visit I have ever experienced.

Wish there are more doctors like Dr. Kirven

No physical exam, touched my stomach with clothes on and said she did not feel anything and suggested I try to see if I felt anything. There seems to be a lack of concern for the patient and the trust that was placed in her was misplaced, never again.
