Dr Lee-Kung went above and beyond in making sure all of my concerns were addressed. She was also very pleasant and efficient - an excellent experience!

I would not recommend. Her office tried to force me to sign paperwork for contact lenses even though I was there for only an eye exam. They said they wouldn’t see me if I didn’t sign it and I said ok but then they backed down. I did sign a paper that said if I would like to receive a prescription it would cost $75. It also said that in rare cases a refraction is needed and that would be $75. I told her I didn’t need a prescription after she said I only needed at most 1.0 reading glasses. She didn’t say anything to me. When I went to check out, they charged me $75 for a prescription and a refraction. The person checking me out said that I signed the paper so I had to pay. I said I didn’t want the prescription and that I said that to her. I also said why would I get a refraction for a 1.0 prescription? He said next time say you don’t want a refraction (which is no where directed in the paperwork, she never said I am about to do a refraction). I still don’t know what part of the visit… was the refraction.
