One of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. Caring, patient, thorough, and super knowledgeable. Would recommend her to anyone.

If you want to be treated well, don't go to this doctor. She is horrible. Spends very little time with you and only cares if you have good insurance. A person lthat is supposed to treat all patients with the same respect, cancels appointments and refuses medications when she knows you need to be treated for diagnosed problems. I don't know how this woman is even licensed to treat anyone with the lack of compassion towards her patients. Good luck if you have her as a doctor, and you better have good insurance because she treats you horrible if you don't!

I recently had an in person appointment with Dr Rayhill she is absolutely amazing! She spent a great deal of time with me going over my Chronic migraines/headaches as well as other issues I have going on to see what the best plan of action is. Dr Rayhill truly Made me feel validated and listened to all of my conserns. Her bedside manner and patience is absolutely wonderful. You can tell she truly cares about you And wants to help.

I started seeing Dr. Rahill a couple years back for chronic migraines. I was getting headaches every day, sometimes twice a day. I had a stockpile of migraine meds to make sure I had enough to get me through the month; this was prior to finding Dr. Rahill. I did a lot of research on local doctors when I came across this wonderful woman. At my first appointment, we sat down and she listened to my story. She couldn't believe the amount of pills and shots I was taking on a monthly basis, just to try to live a normal life. When she asked if I was ready to stop taking the meds, my face went white and I had butterflies in my stomach. I felt sick. But I listened to her. The first 3 days were a living nightmare, but after that, I didn't need them anymore. I went from having 30+ headaches a month to MAYBE 2 a month!! If that! I'm going to be 47 years old. I've suffered from these headaches since I was 7. All anyone ever did was keep giving me more pills and more shots to take away the… headaches...they never treated them. Dr. Rahill did. I now live a normal life. I don't wake up every day with a headache. I don't worry about having to have pills on me or a shot because one will come on later. My botox regimen is regular, my preventatives have been cut down significantly, and I tell everyone I know that if they suffer the way I have to try to see her. She loves what she does, you can see it. She saved my life. I can live again, and I will forever be thankful to this woman for what she has done for me.

Dr.Rayhill is a very caring and patient docter..She takes hertime to really listen to you..Im always feel like she really wants to help find away out of living a life in chornic pain some due headaches..I would highly recommend her!!

Dr. Melissa Rayhill is one of the most thorough and empathetic providers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She spends a substantial amount of time with each and every patient. She truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that they are receiving comprehensive and conscientious care. With a shortage of headache specialists in the Western New York area, Dr. Rayhill undoubtedly rises to the occasion.

I was a patient of Dr Rayhill's for almost a year. She can be off putting, accusing me of catastrophizing my chronic headaches. In reality she missed an underlying condition then proceeded to attempt to treat it. Her office was completely unresponsive, instructing me to continue taking medication that I was allergic to while she was out of the office with no one to cover her for three days. She needs to learn her boundaries and empathy for her patients that have severe pain. Since leaving her practice my migraines are almost gone. Get a second opinion at the very least.
