NP was very professional and knowledgeable. I wish she would have stopped and explain to me that a polyp was discovered and get my consent to remove. Would have been nice for her to explain the pros and cons and then be in agreement to proceed. She just went ahead and said I'm going to remove it.

My questions were answered and I did not feel uncomfortable asking her about anything that I felt I needed to know about.

She really took the time to listen to my history (it was my first visit.)

Both Melissa the NP and the new hire Anissa were very kind and professional while also managing to be personable and friendly

Melissa goes above and beyond to make me feel heard and cared for.

I can't emphasize how amazing Janet (ultrasound tech) was. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I really appreciate her kindness and care.
