As always, the visit with Dr. Duggan and his nurses was wonderful. The checkout lady, on the other hand, was quite rude when my mother and I asked her to clarify some conflicting information between what Dr. Duggan told me about a year procedure I needed and what was on an info sheet he gave me. When I asked for an explanation, the lady was quite rude and snippy with her answers. I did appreciate her unfriendly attitude.

Very friendly, efficient and easy to talk to. Staff was equally friendly and helpful as well.

I had an extraordinary visit with Dr Duggan, he is as great as advertised. I’m sad to loose him to retirement, though happy for him.

Dr Duggan is very nice but I was disappointed in my visit today. I did not get a feeling of someone trying to get familiar with me. All I was told was that I was going to be redirected to the other facility and then have blood work drawn and shown the exit. I wonder why I was not just directed to the other facility to pay my deductible there instead of coming there and pay the deductible. This could have been done via phone call.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Duggan. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a urologist.
