I am 27 years old. I got saline breast implants when I was 22 and have not had a single issue. Dr. Kirsch and Karen are AMAZING! As long as you listen to what he says for post-op care, you will do great!!!

I am a man. I had the type of stomach that folds over and hang way down! Dr Kirsh gave me a abdominalplasty along with Lipo to make me look normal. This is my third plastic surgery and I love the results. My waist is chiseled and my chest looks broader. I should have had this surgery done 10 years ago.

My back has a 33 degree curve and I am 64. My muscles were weaken from two falls and several bones are fractured in my back. Healed fractures but nonetheless fractured. Everyday was a struggle to stay on my feet for more than an hour at a time. After speaking to my general surgeon and family doctor it was decided that an abdominal plasty was a possible treatment for my pulled to the right and painfull torso. Had both procedures done at the same time. I like that he listened to me and shared his own thought as well. He was very informative about both procedures so I knew what to expect. I felt very comfortable choosing him as my doctor and Im glad I did. I look amazing now and I highly recommend him. Wait is a little long at times, but I don't know that I would like for my PS to rush me in and out to get to his next patient. He obviously spends good time with his patients and Im one of them. A tummy tuck is a huge surgery and I'm glad I was in good hands. I consulted with other PS's in the same area before choosing, I went with my gut feeling and it was right.

I just had a tummy tuck done. I'm still recovering which is painful, but I LOVE THE RESULTS! The staff was very nice prior to, during, and after my operation. Dr. Kirsch has gone above and beyond my expectations! I've read the other reviews but went with my gut feeling and am glad I did! Remember, he's a Doctor not a magician! His work was incredible and I would gladly let him operate on me anytime!

facelift is beautiful and my neck is perfect...none of that pulled look you see so much of. the problem? anesthesia. Whoever delivered the anesthesia knocked me out for days. I was sick as could be and have little memory of what took place. I do remember someone yelling at me to "breathe'. I later learned that this has happened to others. I would not use his office OR...but would let him operate in a hospital facility.
