Dr Norris is the most understanding and most compassionate Dr I have ever had. If your into your recovery expect Dr Norris to be on the sidelines with bullhorn cheering you on. You can tell hervanything and shevwill never judge you. At the same time don't ever try to pull the wool over her eyes.

Dr. Norris is a wonderful doctor. If you do as she says and really put 100% into your recovery she will cheer you on the whole way. I am very thankful for her, if you need a kick in the butt, she'll give it and if you deserve praise she gives that too.

I drive two plus hours each way to see this wonderful Doctor. I'd drive to Boston if she went there! Forty years of chronic pain and I finally have a Doctor who actually gets it! Her nurse Nancy is just as compassionate as Doctor Norris. After years of mistreatment and at times downright abuse it is refreshing to feel safe and care for by this wonderful woman and her staff.

Dr Norris is my pain management doctor. She has an "unorthodox" approach when it comes to her patients dealing with or living with chronic pain. She is very direct and sometimes intimidating in nature so I personallh find I get nervous around her or too anxious to say much but I know she understands and has my best interest in mind. Her nurse Nancy is my absolute favorite. I have had several pain management doctors over the past 16 years since my injury and they all come with their own Nurse who does most of the insurance PA's and prescription/scheduling for the doctor and nancy is by far the absolute best. You can really tell that she does this job because she cares and believes whole heartedly in what Dr Norris is doing w her patients. I feel I found this place by no accident...she better not retire because I dont know who else I would go to; they are simply great. (And this is coming from a patient who has to drive over an hour each way)
